Enjoy a one hour full body massage in the privacy of your guest room. Choose from a one hour Relaxation Massage or a one hour Deep Tissue Massage. Therapists provide portable massage table, oils and relaxation music.
Relaxation Massage – A smooth, flowing style that promotes general relaxation, improves circulation and range of movement, and relieves muscular tension. The massage therapist will use light to medium pressure, depending on the client’s preference.
Deep Tissue Massage – Focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. It is especially helpful for chronically tense areas of the body such as stiff necks, tight low backs, or sore shoulders. Some of the strokes are the same as traditional massage, but the movement is slower and the pressure deeper and concentrated.

FOREST HISTORY CENTER – Minnesota Historic Site
Located less than 3 miles away from the Timberlake Lodge. This historic site offers a variety of interactive activities to broaden one’s understanding and appreciation for Minnesota’s forests and the people for lived and worked in them over 100 years ago. Many visitors spend 2-3 hours exploring the exhibits, self guided walking tour and ‘living history’ feature.
