Pokegama Golf Course is one of the finest municipal golf courses in Minnesota. Enjoy golfing this 18 hole par 71 course while soaking in the breathtaking views of Pokegama Lake. Located less than 4 miles from Timberlake Lodge at 3910 Golf Course Road.
Eagle Ridge Golf Course has received terrific reviews for its playability. This beautiful 18 hole par 72 championship golf course is cut out of Minnesota’s northwoods and looks over Trout Lake.

BIKE TRAILS – Mesabi Bike Trail
With the trail head in Grand Rapids, the Mesabi Trail passes through 25 communities on its 132 mile journey to Ely. The Mesabi Trail is the premier bike trail in Minnesota with its rugged landscape resulting from generations of iron ore mining. Each of the communities along the trail offer their own unique treasures including restaurants to refuel and many historical and natural landmarks to soak in.

MacRostie Art Center is a non-profit organization dedicated to community growth through the arts in northern Minnesota.
